7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

8. Defective or Damaged Products

Refunds or replacements are available only for products that are verified to be defective or damaged upon delivery.

Any complaint must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide a continuous, clear, uncut and unedited video showing the package opening and complete unboxing process, including the product and the reported defect or damage.

The video must not contain any cuts, edits, pauses, or alterations.

Complaints without the required video proof may not be accepted.

If the defect or damage is verified, Shaan Brand World will provide a replacement, subject to product availability.

If a replacement is not available, a refund may be provided.

9. No Return for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or replacements for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect selection

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage after delivery

• Misuse or improper handling

• Unauthorized repair or modification

Only verified manufacturing defects or damage received at the time of delivery are eligible under our return/replacement policy.

10. Warranty

Where a product is covered by a warranty, the applicable warranty terms will apply.

Warranty coverage does not normally include damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear.
